SURFACE – metrological foundations for future lighting systems
SURFACE aims at providing metrological foundations for the photometric characterisation of road surfaces in order to realise lighting systems, such as smart and adaptative lighting systems, and self driving cars systems.
The project is a Joint Research Project coordinated by INRiM, belonging to the European Metrology Research Programme for Innovation and Research (EMPIR) of the European Metrology Association of National Metrology Institutes (EURAMET).
The second SURFACE project meeting took place at OPTIS in Toulon (FR).
